Buy from us.
Come with an idea, a few factory names, or a supplier you already talked to. The price you bring is not final. We check. If a supplier is not trustworthy, we do not continue with them. If we find a better one, or a better and cheaper one, that is the one we use.
Once the product, quantity, price, and terms are accepted, we invoice you. You pay Wisely. From then on we are the supplier, the exporter, and the shipper. Commercial sources and supplier relationships stay part of the Wisely service. You receive the product, the specification, the agreed terms, and the agreed price.
After delivery
There is no standard warranty that covers every product. A consumable does not come with a replacement promise. If a machine fails in use, the case is handled according to the product and the conditions agreed with the factory. We stay in the discussion and resolve it together with the factory.
How far the goods go
International shipping. Sea or air, to the destination port, anywhere in the world.
Import at destination. From there, customs and the road after the port are yours. In Romania and Mauritius, if you are the importer and you want it, our collaborators take the goods past the port.
China–Romania. On the China–Romania route, we can take over the whole import process for clients who cannot, or do not wish to, handle the customs formalities themselves. The goods are imported, clearance is handled by us, and the client receives them in Romania, together with an invoice in lei.
Import duty and VAT are set during customs clearance, on the basis of the documents and the applicable tariff classification. These costs can be shown separately or included in the final settlement, so the client has a single point of contact and does not have to handle the import formalities directly.
