WISELYYou are the buyer
You already have the supplier.
You pay for the goods yourself, directly to the factory. In this model, Wisely is not the supplier. We step in only for the services you order: collection, QC, loading, and export. Each service can be contracted separately.
After you have paid the factory, we step in only for the stages you entrusted to us: collection, inspection, loading, and shipping. Wisely’s responsibility applies to the services you contracted.
If you already agreed delivery or transport terms with the factory — for example FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DPU, DAP, or DDP — and Wisely was not contracted separately for one of those stages, we do not step into that shipment.
QC, when you order it
We give you the verdict. If you asked for the full service, that includes dimensions, materials, colours, and finish. The report can stop the shipment in practice. The decision is yours. You stop the next step or you let it go. Papers that come from the factory are whatever the factory gives. We cannot turn those into a standard.
