We check before it leaves.
QC is not handed to an outside inspector. Wisely people do it. Even if you did not buy QC as a separate service, on an ordinary shipment we still look at the product, the quantity, the general condition, and the packing for transport, plus the ordinary export rules.

When you ask for QC as a service
On top of the basic check we go into dimensions, characteristics, colours, materials, and finish. On bulk goods we check a large share of the lot. On a one-off, or on 1 to 10 pieces, we check every piece.
Depending on the product, the check can be done in several stages: when the materials are chosen, during production, at the end of production, and before delivery.
What you receive
If the goods are bought from Wisely, you receive the usual commercial documents, the inspection report, the photographs, and the other information you asked for before shipment. If you paid the factory directly, the documents issued by the factory are the ones the factory can provide. Wisely cannot create, in the factory’s name, documents the factory does not issue. Our verdict comes to you, and you decide whether to continue.
