We load. To the port.
If Wisely is the supplier, we load. If you hired us only as the shipper, we still load: we collect the goods from the factory and our people put them in. If we are not loading, we are not in the story.
Real loadings. For confidentiality, we do not publish clients’ destinations.
To the destination port
There is no country list. The goods leave by sea or by air and stop at the port you name. What happens there, customs and the road after the port, is yours if you are the importer.
In Romania and Mauritius we can, on request, also arrange the import and the inland delivery through our local collaborators.
On the China–Romania route, we can take over the whole import process for clients who cannot, or prefer not to, handle the customs formalities themselves. The goods are imported and clearance is handled by us, and the client receives them in Romania, together with an invoice in lei.
Import duty and VAT are set during customs clearance, on the basis of the documents and the applicable tariff classification. These costs can be shown separately or included in the final settlement, so the client has a single point of contact and does not have to handle the import formalities directly.
